Choice started providing Supported Employment services in 2001 as an independent provider for Vocation Rehabilitation Services, as well as, Division of Services for People with Disabilities.
Choice is family-owned and operated with over 50 combined years experience in assisting people with disabilities and are currently serving individuals in Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah & Weber counties.
Choice has been nominated for Service Provider of the Year at the Golden Key Awards.
