From our humble beginnings in 2001, Choice Services has grown to become a trusted partner in supported employment throughout Northern Utah. Our commitment to excellence and personalized service has remained constant throughout our journey.

Choice Services was founded as an independent provider for Utah State Office of Rehabilitation (USOR) and the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD). From day one, our mission was clear: to provide personalized, quality supported employment services that make a real difference in people's lives.
📈 Expanding Our Reach
As word spread about our dedication and results, Choice Services expanded throughout Northern Utah. We grew to serve individuals in Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Weber counties, building relationships with employers and community partners across the region.
